DanceSync provides software that helps dance academies manage their daily operations. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and only for your academy's authorised purposes.

Your academy account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of account access, and for ensuring that staff use DanceSync appropriately.

Student and family information

Your academy is responsible for obtaining any permissions required to add and manage student and guardian information in DanceSync.

Fees and payments

Where online fee payments are enabled, payment processing is provided by the applicable payment provider. Academy fees, refunds, and communications with families remain the academy's responsibility.

Service changes

We may update DanceSync to improve the service, maintain security, or comply with legal requirements. We will provide appropriate notice for material changes when required.
